The fact is, our team knows both sides of the work/play equation pretty well. We work long hours meeting impossible deadlines and we're all a little crazy afterwards until we get a little "play" out of our system.

But then there's the other side. When the deadline is met and the client is overflowing with joy, our team shows their other mutual talent—a talent for play. No formal invitations needed, if you happen to be around when the hat drops, you'd better fasten your seatbelt because it's time to have some fun ... full moon optional.

I looked at the calendar this week and it suddenly hit me... We've been doing this for 20 years. 20 YEARS? Man... That means every time I tell a story about the 1980's (the decade we started all this), I have to stop and realize that roughly half of our professional staff were still in grade school or perhaps not even that.
